High Performance Training Package

Our tailored packages open the door to improvements previously unobtainable from any other type of training. We have programs specifically designed and proven to provide results across a wide range of sporting pursuits. Whatever your goal, we can provide the support you need.

The high performance training package includes:

  • 3 sessions per week
  • Body composition testing (weight, body fat %, muscle mass etc)
  • Benchmark fitness testing
  • A tailored fitness program
  • Retesting and program revision if required.


$45/week (for less than 8 weeks.)

$35/week (8 weeks or more.)
