Cool idea, though don't know how well the wording of 'you're not fit enough' is going to play out with a bunch of people who most likely invest a lot of time and effort into their sport. Also why is 'assessment' in quotation marks? Is it not actually an assessment and just something that is called an assessment?

***Small numbers are a big deal.***
Who would like to improve 5%. It doesn’t sound like much, but in some elite races, 1/3 of the field will be within 5% of each other. What would you say if we offered your 5% gains or your money back? Comment below....

Do you offer training from afar? I can probably get access to altitude this summer in Colorado, US or a tent.

Our philosophy is this:
β€˜To apply the minimum stimulus/stress to the appropriate modality, to affect a significant improvement.’
Why? Because no one’s got time for junk training anymore.
As we conduct research and improve our training processes, we are getting better at individualising training to get the best results.
In this infographic Fabio has graciously shared his data to show how he has progressed in certain areas.

***Why do we Benchmark?***
Amy has just done a 3min aerobic test (somehow she is still smiling.) The test is to measure progress for each individual, over a number of different parameters, and also it keeps us honest because we have to prove ourselves with raw data, and not hype.
*We measure; peak power, average power, power to weight, max HR, HR zones, VO2 max, total distance, body weight, body fat%, visceral fat and muscle mass.
